 I am getting too complacent again.  Instead of getting up immediately, I decided to continue incubating.

I think I'm having the anxiety to deal with the 21 Days Water Only Fast.

Either that or I am becoming jaded.  

I am starting to see all these as pain instead of pleasure.  I am pretty convinced that these are the reflection of what I eat.  When I eat too many carbs I become lazy.
