I slept the whole afternoon. I only managed to get a 2-hour sleep last night.
This morning I'm supposed to do my Tempo run. I blew it halfway. Man, it was balls to the wall (as in the wrecking ball).
Alas, I had my best sprint. No matter how lousy is my run for that day, sprint is the REAL reward.
I think this is due to lack of sleep and not due to fasting because after that I walked to Taman Tun Dr. Ismail to repair my shoes. It was OK.
However, I was lacking the oomph because I had not been eating for 4 days.
It's OK. I am Sisyphus as well as Icarus. I will persist and persevere.
