Today, 3 months after, I dropped from 94 kg to 88 kg. My weight had stalled for the past 2 months. I was not serious with my weight loss effort.

I don't remember where I read this. I think it was in the Quran. This is a memory that popped up after 21 years. Let me do my best to remember it:

As for babies naming convention:
Girl: PUTERI/Baby's Name/Mother's Name/Sharudin
Boy: Baby's Name/Mother's Name/SHAH/Sharudin
This also applies to surrogate parents and test-tube babies.
