In this case, I need to establish a sound mind in a sound body before I can become thin and fast.
Without a sound body, I will not achieve a sound mind.
At 85 kg I am still fat. I consider myself obese with 25% body fat.
So the race is on for 79 kg.
It is very obvious, to be a competitive runner, I have to hit 60.

It is obvious, to shred I have to avoid carbs. Those people on Atkins don't eat carbs and they lose 30 to 40 kg in 4 to 5 months,
Here I am, 3 months, and only lose 7 kg. That's because I eat carbs.
Based on experience, I should avoid carbs.

- No Rice

- LCHF
- No more processed carbs
