2/4/21 Fought fatigue and won

 Today is the classic example of why I should persist even though I had no mood. I almost gave up my morning run but I told myself that I have a commitment.

So I said, doesn't matter if I am slow, as long as I do.

I suspected that the whole thing is because I cut carbs for the past 2 days.

I learned one thing today.  Carbs make me motivated.

I figured that once I am fat-adapted, I will be conditioned to use fat as fuel.  Until then, I need to withstand hunger.

Had a one-hour snooze.  Boy, it felt good.
