I feel like a million buck.
I still feel ravenous but as a whole, I am in a state of bliss.
The thought of smoking pot did cross my mind. I guess when I say NoFap and NoEls, that includes no vices and no carbs either.
For 100 days I shall live my life like a monk.
I become a running monk.

The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that I should not contact Els. Not as a mentally unstable person.
On the contrary, I should be concentrating on my mission to become a sound mind in a sound body Athlete Warrior. That is the foundation for being thin and fast.
So these next 100 days are a cleansing process of the body, mind, and soul.
What are the takeaways?

- To be able to run 10 km

Remember, the pivot is running. As much as possible I need to be thin and fast.
At 86 kg, I am still fat. I need to cross 79 kg to see some significant results of OMAD LCHF.
The issue here is I had not been consistent with my OMAD LCHF.
I should have produced a spectacular result in 3 months. Unfortunately, because I was not consistent, I don't think I was fat adapted.
So let say the 3 months is a sneak preview. In these next 100 days, I will follow the regimentation to the hilt.
Not only that, I will execute my exercise routines to the hilt.
I want to hit the 55 kg limit before I start bulking up to 60 kg.
At least that is the plan.
That is the reason why I am incorporating the 21 Days Water Fast.
I got to hit 55 kg
To do that I need to hit 79 kg by 12/4/21

21 Days Water Fast is the first goal for 2021.
It goes hand in hand with losing 40 kg, which is the second goal.
Then to run 21 km Hill, the third goal.
These are worthy ideals.
